Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates:

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.)

All orders will typically be shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. We make every effort to get items shipped out as quickly as possible but other factors can affect how quickly an item ships out, such as availability or a delay in shipment due to a Shipping Holiday.

We currently only ship to the United States. We do not offer shipping to any other countries at this time.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We do our best to make sure items are securely packaged and shipped, but it can be hard to ensure this happens after it leaves our facilities. If your order arrives damaged, please take a picture of it and send it to us at support@getmawls.com. Make sure to include your order number in the subject line of the email as well as any other details we need to know. We can offer a refund or replacement item upon reviewing your request.

We apologize if you have not received your item as indicated. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, the carrier may have placed it in an alternate or safer location. We recommend checking with neighbors and the surrounding area. If you are still not able to locate the package, follow these steps based on your
shipping method:

USPS Ground Advantage / USPS Priority Mail:

Please call your local post office to see if the package is being held there because of a failed delivery attempt or some other delivery issue. They should be able to help you if this is the case. We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for missing or stolen packages if they are confirmed as delivered to the provided address.
