RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thank you for buying from GetMawls. If you are here, it suggests there is an issue. We are happy to help with returns or exchanges.
Before making a purchase, we recommend doing your research to ensure you truly want the item you are ordering. Due to the nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be made on items that have been used in any way. Ensuring this is the product for you will help ensure the best possible outcome. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff is more than happy to answer any questions ahead of your purchase.
RETURN REQUESTS
Customers must inform GetMawls of return requests within two business days of receiving the product to open a return for all brand new, unopened packages. Suppliers often apply restocking fees, minus the shipping cost,
before issuing a refund. Suppliers often offer a refund or free replacement for a product if the issue is not the customer’s fault.
RETURN ADDRESS
The return address will depend on the supplier’s location or where the products were shipped from. If there are any return concerns, please let us know, and we will reach out to the suppliers on your behalf.
ORDERS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS
Most suppliers accept returns if the products are unused or the box is unopened. All items purchased from GetMawls must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange:
• Item(s) must be in original, brand-new condition.
• Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
• Any glass damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Return shipping is not included in the purchase agreement and is covered by the customer. This also does not include any repayment for faster shipping ordered on the initial order. GetMawls strongly encourages return shipments to be tracked and insured. Lost or damaged returns will not be credited unless they can be tracked and are insured.
• GetMawls strongly recommends purchasing insurance on your return package. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, GetMawls cannot accept receipt of the return, and no refund will be given.
• Customer agrees to a 20-50% processing fee for items that have been opened, tampered with, or have broken factory seals. Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees up to 50% with the original price of product. This includes charging cables, covers, storage, parts, and/or accessories.
• GetMawls, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange and/or may require more information to ultimately allow a return or exchange.
• All refunds will be issued within two (2) business weeks of the date of receipt to our warehouse.
• Providing that all of the above conditions are in verifiable order, this would be a full refund or the exchanged merchandise sent out.
ORDERS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS
Products are not eligible for return or exchange after thirty (30) days.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and will do everything in our power to facilitate a smooth return or exchange. Due to circumstances outside of our immediate control, such as larger shipping costs and customs fees, we may not always be able to accommodate.

Please thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery! All glass damages must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 72 hours to be considered for a refund or exchange.
